The name derives directly from ME, E.S.B., which are my initials! I'm a Chicago Southside native foodie! Seafood has and will always be my LOVE FOOD, since early childhood. My butter sauces are so important to me, it gives me an outlet of expressions through an array of flavors. I have worked on my butter sauces day and night to ensure perfection. I am delighted to share my amazing creation with YOU!

HOW TO USE E.S.B BUTTER SAUCES
USE IT ANYWAY YOU WANT! Sauce can be used on SEAFOOD, CHICKEN, STEAK, VEGGIES, BREAD, etc. You can COOK, DIP, SPREAD, DRIZZLE and MARINATE with E.S.B. Butter Sauces. Refrigerate IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL! Butter sauce can be frozen (up to 4 months) if saving sauces is your thing! When ready to serve simply empty contents in pan/pot or container (of your choosing) warm on low heat or microwave for 2-3 mintues depending on wattage or until liquid form is preset.
